There is a little mom and pop restaurant not far from where i live that advertises fried PB&J all the time. Is that close to the same thing? I thought about stopping in there one day to just try one but i havent yet.
I dont know its hard to tell here. At a festival i went to this week there was every kind of "fried" food there was but a lot of it was grilled and not actually deep fried as one would assume.
Sounds like you make your pb&j like i make a grilled cheese, maybe i'll just try one at home if they are that easy to make.
